• Accountable for a customers portfolio and ensure strong customer satisfaction
• Provide customers support from onboarding to training to escalation and service reviews
• Build rapport with customers to meet internal scorecards
• Conduct regular meeting with customers to align to their needs
• Identify ways to improve customers' experience within the centre
• Partner with Sales on renewal agreements and identify business opportunity with existing clients for service expansion

Requirement

• Degree in Business / Marketing or relevant qualification
• 5 years of working experience in key account management in data hub services, telecom, service offices industry
• Good executive presence and comfortable to interact with Senior Management
• Able to handle multi-customer accounts on a daily basis and be prepared to commit beyond office hours when need arises
• Understand data center operations or service offices support requirement such as network, IT-servers topics, electrical / mechanical facilities needs
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
• Salesforce, SAP and Yardi knowledge would be preferred
• Articulate, detail, critical thinking, engaging and resourceful

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science,Business IT or other equivalent university degree.

· At least 5 – 6 years of IT Outsourcing experience in the combination of the following fields:

o Technical Infrastructure implementation,

o Project management skill set,

o A full and broad understanding of the IT Outsourcing Services and operation coordination skill set

o People management skill set

Job scope:-

• Manage the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment and bonuses
• Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and as well as benefits reviews.
• Conduct job evaluations
• Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.
• Derive insights from C&B data to improve, enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international and Singapore clients and deliver quality audit and assurance services, which includes planning, directing and completing the audits, as well as developing and guiding your team members to achieve the same objective.

• Manage the stakeholders’ expectations and project timelines and proactively keep them abreast of the progress of the project.

• Coach, motivate and develop team members to attain experience that cultivates technical competencies, and this would include conducting training for the team members with the assistance of our in-house technical and training team.
• Manage staff performance, conduct timely performance reviews, and provide performance feedback.

• Work with the audit business support team to manage engagement financials, including budgets, profitability, work-in-progress, timely billing and collection.
• Facilitate effective communication within the cross-functional and culturally diverse team.

• Professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably from an international accounting firm.
• Strong grasp of technical skills with proficiency in SFRS/IFRS and SSA/ISA.
