Marketing Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Marketing Assistant Manager Requirements:

• Execute and enhance processes, systems, tools, and best practices to maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various functions, including Client internal IT, on diverse projects such as system implementations and process workflow reviews.
• Develop process documentation, workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service guidance.
• Document business requirements for ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate process workflow modeling to foster collaboration on enhancements, automation capabilities, and well-defined end-to-end use cases.
• Review information and trends to ensure that processes are achieving the intended results.
• Conduct maturity assessments on process activities to pinpoint areas for improvement or concern.
• Identify and communicate issues and risks, bringing inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
• Actively participate in problem resolution efforts.
• Extract and analyze data, providing high-level reports for review.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives within the operations team, estimating potential savings.
• Function as a key member of the Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Logistics Manager.

Requirement

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Demonstrate skills in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement, including expertise in areas such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Quality Assurance.
• Have hands-on experience and knowledge in spearheading change initiatives aimed at redesigning and enhancing existing processes to achieve increased efficiencies.
• Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
