Responsibilities:

• Performing customer due diligence on both new and monitoring of existing clients as part of the Internal Compliance Policies Procedures and Controls (IPPC)
• Incorporation of local company and registration /deregistration of company / branch office
• Drafting of board resolutions and minutes including AGM and EGM
• Updating and maintaining statutory records and registers
• Preparation and submission of Annual Return in full XBRL format
• Preparation of corporate secretarial documents and lodgments with ACRA
• All other work relating to the provision of Corporate Secretarial services (including administrative support and other ad-hoc assignments) as requested

Qualifications:

• Possess ICSA/LLB or CS qualification
• At least 2 years’ relevant exposure/experience in professional services firms preferred
• Computer proficiency in MS office applications and XBRL
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with requirements and changes under the Companies Act and regulations

As Vice President in the Precious Metals trading team, you will provide bespoke derivatives to corporate and investor clients globally. We quote and risk manage OTC spot, forwards, swaps, and vanilla and exotic options, as well as futures and listed options, and we also engage in physical business in the gold, silver, platinum, and palladium markets.

Job responsibilities

• Making markets in both vanilla and exotic options on precious metals and crosses;

• Strategic risk management of client flows and orders;

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Investment/ Finance/ related field or equivalent;

• Knowledge of oil & gas industry especially the upstream and downstream expertise in aviation fuel field is preferred;
• Excellent organisational skills and networking skills, and enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders;
• Hands-on and execution-focused attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Willing to work in a challenging, fast paced environment and to adapt to situations as they arise;
• Possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, business savvy and financial acumen;
