• Employee Relations:

Manage and resolve day-to-day employee queries and concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture

• Recruitment Support and Compliance:

Coordinate recruitment activities; refreshing routine job postings, pre-screening applicants, arranging interviews

Facilitating screenings and due diligence for potential new joiner; ensuring Compliance checks such as post-screening, salary slips verification, and reference checks

• Employee Documentation:

Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database (P-file and HRMS – PayDay) and ensuring all employee personal files records are complete, filed and treated with the strictest confidentiality

Administrative Support (10%):

• Provide administrative backup to the receptionist when required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a HR executive/generalist or relevant position; fresh graduates that are passionate and driven with relevant educational background are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the logistical planning for all corporate partnerships and international e-sports tournaments/ events
