Responsible for all aspects of establishing, maintaining and winding up of Singapore Private Companies. ACRA filing, maintaining of Statutory Records, Preparation of resolutions and Corporate Secretarial Services to ensure that Companies are in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Job Scope

Job Descriptions
