• Be part of a team that develops and executes social media strategies to increase brand awareness, translating data into creative digital formats
• Create and curate engaging digital content including strong copywriting, images and videos that resonate and drive engagement with audience
• Manage the hospitals social media accounts and platforms
• Monitor, measure and improve effectiveness of employer branding campaigns and communications
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools and best practices
