Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain equipment list (Aircon, Uninterruptible Power Supply, Electrical Board, Fire Protection System, Environmental Monitoring System)
• Liaise with relevant authorities/ subcontractor/ clients/suppliers on maintenance, repair & Testing & Commissioning job
• Answer Technical hotline phone call
• Update Emergency call (E-Call) statistic and email to team for reference
• Schedule of Maintenance, Repair and Testing & Commissioning Jobs
• Maintain master schedule, ensure schedule is up to date (E-call, Follow-up, Ad-hoc)
• Prepare and maintain Method of statements (MOS)/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), checklists
• Assist update Risk Assessment (RA) for job site requirement
• Assist Technical Manager/Engineer negotiate/procure materials, equipment and labor in accordance to the allocated budget
• Perform administrative supports to team pertaining to technical operation

Requirements:

• At least Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in related field
• Prefer 2 years relevant working experience
• Candidates with administrative experience
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Responsible, pro-active, teamwork, responsive

• Manage Corporate and Retail Sales and Marketing (including handling Corporate enquiries, quotations and invoicing)
• Analyse market research and perform administrative duties of the Sales & Marketing department
• Disseminate this information throughout the company, and make recommendations to maintain a competitive and differentiated offering
• Formulate and implement publicity strategies and establishing and maintaining good media relations
• Liaise with media, public relations and advertising agencies
• Organise and handle events, launches and ceremonies
• Possess the ability to work independently with initiative, as you will be working without close guidance and expected to lead in marketing initiatives
• Responsible for handling customer feedback and to ensure that these are handled effectively and professionally

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events and initiatives.

- Oversee the content calendar and track relevant metrics to assess performance.

- Execute content across various channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, eDM, and LinkedIn.

- Manage media relations by crafting compelling pitches for media outlets and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

- Generate innovative ideas and contribute to creative proposals tailored to clients' objectives and requirements for events.

- Assist in coordinating media day launches and other promotional activities.

Job Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in event management and marketing.

- A strong passion for social media and its evolving landscape.

- Ability to independently handle events or lead a team effectively.

- Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives and delivering results under tight deadlines.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.

- Highly organized, with a hands-on approach to project coordination and execution.

- Proficiency in Adobe Software is a plus.
