The Office of Campus Housing (OCH) serves to make NTU, the university with the best-in-class campus for learning, working, and living. OCH has a mission to provide optimal on-campus living environment for students and faculty to excel in learning, research, teaching and other NTU related work. It is responsible for student and faculty housing on campus, the sports and recreational facilities, and its related services.
We are looking for individuals who have a strong passion for delivering exceptional service to residents of the University’s student and faculty housing, and athletes and users of sports & recreation facilities on campus.
The role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop, contribute and grow oneself holistically across areas of excellence in customer relationship management or other leadership positions within the Department.

The incumbent is required to:
Manage OCH intranet and internet website, which includes working closely with stakeholders to ensure that website content is accurate and up-to-date at all times, consistent with NTU’s and OCH’s branding and messaging, and user experience is continually improved and refined.
Manage office administration to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of OCH, which entails creating and maintaining an organised and efficient office environment so that workflows, processes, and systems are structured and optimised to achieve effectiveness and productivity. It includes monitoring and updating all administrative recordings (e.g., office assets and phone lines), office supplies and equipment (and initiating procurement as needed).
Support the hiring and onboarding of new staff (including Temps and Student Assistants), including all logistical requirements and setup, and OCH internal communications.
Plan, coordinate and organise OCH events such as engagement sessions, team bonding, learning journeys and training sessions.
Assume the role of wellbeing ambassador in OCH, with responsibilities including coordinating and sending congratulatory and condolences messages and gifts to OCH staff.
Plan, and organise senior and middle management meetings (e.g., MT and EMT meetings respectively), including organising agenda, setup of meeting and note-taking at meetings.
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretariat support to OCH senior officers, including tracking action items and tasks assigned during senior and middle management meetings, drafting document and presentation slides, performing research and analysis for strategic projects, as well as managing calendars, organising and scheduling meetings and appointments for OCH senior officers.
Requirements
A degree in any discipline
3 years of working experience is preferred
Work experience in hospitality sector, especially hotel, hostel or related industry would be advantageous
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access etc.)
Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage deliverables under tight timelines.
Ability to adapt and use of enterprise IT systems
