The incumbent will be responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the kitchen department. Assisting the Executive Chef managing and monitoring the kitchen operation. Research Grant Administration:

• Provides effective administration of research grant call applications and management of awarded grants

• Assumes the role as SAP Concur reviewer and first-level approver and work with the Finance department to provide the fastest and smoothest approver flow.

Communication of Research Information

• Creates weekly research e-newsletter to communicate information on internal and external grant calls to faculty and research staff members.
