Job Description:

· To perform tasks assigned by the superior, to identify and confirm the ambiguous tasks;

Job Description:

• Liaise with leasing team on the handling and taking over of retail and office units, including
  preparation of documents/keys and units to be handed over and taken over.
• Conduct briefing with tenants and their consultants/contractors on design requirements upon
  confirmation of unit tenancy.
• Work closely with the Building and M&E team to review tenants’ office design, both
  architectural and M&E.
• Main liaison for the unit's fit-out and reinstatement works during design, fit-out period and
  completion.
• Ensure contractors submit all the required documents, deposit and PTW before the
  commencement of works.
• Conduct regular checks on site ensuring the works are in compliance and there are no illegal
  work activities.
• Coordinate with the M&E team on the required testing or inspection to be carried out during
  the unit's fit-out and reinstatement work.
• Process all account opening and closing of electricity and water.
• Arrange for inspection with tenants and contractors upon completing fit-out or reinstatement
  work.
• Process refund of security deposit upon completion of defects and submission of all as-built
  drawings and authorities’ approval.
• Advise leasing team on architectural and M&E requirements for re-configuration and subdivision works.
• Call tender/quotation for all any re-configuration and sub-division works, including putting up
  recommendations to award the works.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Building or Real Estate Management

What’s the job?

The Reservation Executive is responsible for fulfilling reservation requests based on room availability and guest’s preferences, handling correspondence, sending confirmation emails, verifying guest’s information, collecting payments, promoting hotel facilities, and answering to customer inquiries.

Your day-to-day

FINANCIAL RETURNS

· Promote the Holiday Inn Express products and services using and suggestive selling techniques Holiday Inn Express

· Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business

· Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions

PEOPLE

GUEST EXPERIENCE

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

· Ensure all reservation confirmation are sent within 24 hours from the day email is received

· Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc

· Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same

· Monitor reservation levels and inform hotel team of current and future occupancy rates

· Prepare reservation sales reports

· Ensure inventory is balanced minimum 3 times a day

· Handle all queries and communication through the Reservation and Info emails

· Reply to all guest reviews on social media sites such as Online travel agent platforms and TripAdvisor

· Ensure all bookings flows through and interfaced with hotel systems
