THIS ROLE
This position is based out of our Singapore office, which serves the Asia-Pacific region. The role is ideal for a recent graduate with skills in copywriting, presentation design, and website management. It’s a hands-on role which requires administrative and operational capabilities, and the willingness to work behind-the-scenes to ensure seamless execution throughout our marketing activities.
The role reports to Amanda Tan, our regional Marketing Manager. We have a very flat structure.
JOB SCOPE
Play a Key Support Role in APAC Marketing Team
• Support events, press relationships, editorial requests,
presentations, promotional materials and online
activities
• Research, write, edit and proofread materials including
press releases, opinion-editorials, newsletters, blog
posts, presentations, books and quarterly reports
• Grow our visibility through maintaining event and
conference calendars, and scoping opportunities for
presentation and sponsorship
• Support the Singapore new business team with the
logistics and execution of local and regional events
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing
materials
• Maintain and update customer databases
Please note, that despite offices in multiple countries, R3 works under a single P&L model, which is quite unique in the marketing services industry and allows for far greater sharing and collaboration. We believe this is critical to our long-term success.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a university graduate with 1 to 3 years working experience, with excellent English capability and attention to detail. The candidate will need to show competency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite is not necessary, but a bonus.

Based in Singapore.
COMPENSATION / OTHER BENEFITS
We are flexible on compensation which is entirely based on the working experience and capabilities of the candidate. We aim to pay competitive compensation to our staff.
Our current turnover rate at the senior level is below 10%.
