• Responsible to monitor and ensure that the projects are completed duly
  within budget, timeline and of high quality.
• Assist supervisor in project master list monitoring for monthly and/or
  regular updates to the site Manager and Client.
• Submit regular update and report on the status progress of
  projects and timelines, and targets to your supervisor, as well as to the client.
• Manage contractor deliverables and advise the Client on matters
  arising from Project obstacles including addressing any challenges.
• Required to carry out inspection, verify work completion for the issuance of
  handover certificates, including certifying of invoices
• Required to track administrative documentation such as NC letters, authority submissions etc.
• Assist the client to draft and prepare the Invitation to quote and/or tender documents and the evaluation report, as when require.
• Liaise closely with the appointed consultant and contractors to ensure proper handover and taking over of the project

About the Role:

He / She will be providing daily IT Helpdesk service, and any related applications support to StarMed and HMI Group of entities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software problems, including network issues, operating systems, and applications.
2. Provide step-by-step guidance to users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
3. Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members or external vendors when necessary.
4. Documentation of all change requests, inventory, and new setups.

• Analyze the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admission policies.
• Responsible for all students’ status on their Student Pass application, appeal, issuance, costs incurred etc.
• Responsible for all Agent application, renewal and update of agent list as required under Skillfuture Guidance Documents.
• Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority (ICA) for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.

• Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification, with 2 years of relevant working experience in an international private education setting.
