• Data Entry: Inputting and maintaining accurate client information and sub-merchant details into our database system.
• Basic Chinese to English Translation: Assisting with the translation of essential documents and communications from Chinese to English, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Company Profile Research: Conducting detailed company profile searches on Google and other platforms to gather relevant information for our client database.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder / Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Familiarity with conducting online research and utilising Google for information gathering
• Ability to work efficiently within a dynamic team environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Available for a 4-month temporary assignment (5 days per week)
• Open to part-time staff (up to 3 days per week)
• This position requires staff to work on-site daily for at least the first month

* Key role for internal communication

* update organization chart of the department, and maintenance deployment dashboard

* Operational relationship with finance department on monthly basis

* Create travel requests and expense claims for security staff.

* Support on Staff trainings

* Schedule trainings for all staff of the department

* Coordinate attendees of the training

* Prepare basic data for monthly / yearly report of the department

* May be required to supervise an trainee.

Other duties as required

* required to visit client premises along with the Managers for inspection.

* knowledge of cctv troubleshooting is advantage.

Requirements:

* Able to do night/day shifts

* Willing to learn and explore opportunities.

* Posses class 3 driving license is an adavantage.

* Able/ willing to work on Weekends/ Public holidays is an advantage.

* Any Diploma/ Certification/ ITE is sufficient as training will be provided.

* Min 3 to 4 years of work experience is required.
