JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be proactive risk managers such as probing when incidents occur and assessing the risks the teams are running by truly embedding in the businesses. Conduct risk reviews on areas with particular concern and make recommendations/suggestions to socialize and close and risk and control gaps.
• Challenge the status quo – challenge the risk and control framework to further enhance the control environment
• Partner with the business units to understand the residual risks that exist after issues are identified and resolved. Engaging with Technology and cross asset teams to achieve this.

We are looking for a meticulous and committed Corporate Planning & Management Coordinator for one of our global shipping clients. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Group Planning and Management department with the following responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in corporate work, including planning, company regulations, and corporate communication. The candidate must be able to work well independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Checking internal approval documents.
• Arrangement of internal management meetings.
• Assist with Corporate communication & public relations.
• In charge of Subsidiary companies related matters.
• In charge of Company regulations related matters.
• Handling various contracts and related documentation and accounting.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate working experience. Job experience for planning, internal audit, company regulations, company management department and subsidiary management is preferred.
• Good PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English language, strong in communication.
• Japanese speaking skill is preferred but not mandatory.
