• Managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are trained to perform their jobs effectively

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Manage Scheduling and Calendars: Oversee and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.

· Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external meetings chaired by the CEO, including Board, Executive committee and Committee meetings.

· Document Management: Prepare, organize, and manage documents for meetings and other executive functions.

· Minutes and Follow-up: Record accurate meeting minutes and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on action items.

· Office Administration: Handle all administrative arrangements, ensuring smooth daily operations of the office.

· Communication and Correspondence: Manage communication on behalf of the CEO, including drafting and responding to emails and other correspondence.

· Information Gathering and Presentation: Compile relevant information and create high-quality presentations as needed.

· Event Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and manage events.

· Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support the CEO and office functions.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;

· Preferably with 8 years of relevant experience in Administration and Secretariat support, preferably from the healthcare industry;

· Proficient in MS office;

· Able to manage stressful situations and to use sound judgement and initiative, particularly as it relates to handling sensitive and/or confidential information;

· Excellent and effective written and oral communication skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills; attention to details

Backed by a top corporate player in this space, we are looking for Commercial Leaders / Interim Leadership Team members to engage on the next phase of build and GTM for a newly developed AI SaaS platform in the maritime space.

This is a fantastic opportunity for 1x Sales Leader and 1x Customer Success Leader, with significant exposure to maritime tech and the dynamics within, to propel this product forward to pilot stage and in-market scale.

**Please note this is an initial contract role, with potential to convert to being part of the long-term leadership team after this phase of engagement**

The Role:

Leading on Sales and GTM for this new venture, you'll act as an integral part of the interim founding team on product-market-fit activities and getting the commercial wheels spinning. From securing first pilot customers and building out lead-gen, through to ensuring an incredible experience for the early stage adopters and establishing strong foundations for rapid scale.

Your impact will come from your deep maritime industry / domain insights with an entrepreneurial spike. You’ll be paired with Rainmaking APAC team member(s) with deep experience in shaping business models, investor relations and fundraising.

You will be embedded in this maritime project for ~6 months. At the end of this project, you may find that this venture is “the one” you’d be excited about being a long-term leadership team member of.

• Shipping Sector Expertise: you have experienced the highs and lows of scaling a business in the maritime / shipping technology arena. You bring significant insights across maritime products, services and market dynamics, ideally from within the SaaS space
• Commercial Depth: you bring proven experience in sales, customer success and/or senior account management in the maritime / shipping industry. Ideally you've sold SaaS products into owners and technical managers before and understand these sales cycles
• Entrepreneurial Edge: you know the key questions to ask, when, to really move the needle. You’re not afraid of pushing boundaries and can sit with discomfort and productive friction in order to create the most compelling business and proposition possible 
• Experimentation and Iteration: you have a track record of continuously testing and iterating. You implement rapid experiments to continuously tailor your approach to maritime sales and unlocking further commercial opportunities

• Data entry all transcation for external Accountant
• Invoices / Reports / contact customers
• Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
• Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
• Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
• Carries out work permit applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in a timely manner;
• Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees;
• Any other HR & Account functions as assigned

Requirements:-

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin to interact with Chinese speaking employees.
• Possess integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion and a global mindset
• Able to work overtime as required.
• 5 days’ work in office.
