CSIRT Expert is a technical expert role within the Asia Information System Security (ISS) Team, Singapore, functionally aligned to Group’s ISS CSIRT team in Head Office, France.

ASIA ISS team oversees and supervise the Information System Security related matters in the region, including cybersecurity monitoring (SOC), incident response (CSIRT) and responding to each country's regulation proactively.

Job Description:
Research, source, idetify and appoint suppliers
Negotiate contracts and prices offered by suppliers
Issue RFQ
Maintain and build supplier relationships
Handle full spectrum of purchasing function ensure competent quality execution and monitoring of all purchasing duties.
Ensure purchasing activities and procedures are in compliance to company and procurement policies.
Proactive in sourcing for new supplies, select and negotiate for the best purchase package, in terms of quality, price, terms and, deliveries and services with suppliers for existing and new projects.
Maintain a complete, proper and updated purchasing related records and/or reports.
Monitoring stock movement and maintain inventory records.
Responsible for administrative duties.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor degree preferred.
Able to effectively and efficiently communicate with suppliers in China
At least 3 years purchasing experience.
Able to work with minimum supervision.

Program Overview

This program is geared towards developing individuals as future leaders in various aspects of GAR’s global downstream business. As a Management Executive attached to the CEO Office (Downstream), this 18 – 24 months program allows you to undergo job rotations which provide opportunities for you to understand and learn about the downstream integrated value chain. Program Details

• You can join the Commercial track.
• Each track will comprise of four/five 6-monthly rotations.

In each rotation, candidates will (but not limited to):

• Learn and develop relevant role specific knowledge & skills such as sales & marketing, operations, trading, control and risk
• Assist in the process to develop / review and execute policies and processes
• Participate in strategic planning, execute game plans and projects
• Undergo study trips to understand our overseas operations, where applicable

Requirements:

• At least a 2nd class (upper) honours degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting or Finance.
• Only 2 – 3 years of maximum working experience is required for the role.
• Have the passion to embark in a career in the agribusiness and food industry

Main responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth on existing customers
• Secure new business from existing customers and hunt for new customers.
• Build sales pipeline and secure sales growth
• Collaborate closely with Customer Services to secure growth on existing accounts, and secure an account team approach
• Collaborate closely with commercial team to secure that customer deals are profitable
• Together with Sales Manager set and reach ambitious targets for own customer portfolio
• Secure full compliance with CTI-Maritec sales governance for own portfolio
• Ensure accurate and updated information on own accounts in Salesforce
• Contract management, make sure accounts adhere to all terms, including credit
• Develop sales plans for own client portfolio
• Work closely with the Commercial team to increase sales and develop strong customer relationships
• Secure multilevel entry points with own accounts
• Implement and follow up on campaigns/offers
• Collaborate closely with the Credit team, monitoring and taking corrective actions when needed
• Responsible for ensuring all client accounts have credit approval limits in place in accordance with the Credit Policy and DLA.
• Responsible for credit collections and credit risk management related to client portfolio.
• Co-ordinate for all NDT Testing Business including Quote preparation, NDT testing Plan confirmation, co-ordination with Client.

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements

• Bachelor degree. Lack of formal education can be compensated by relevant experience.
• Preferably international sales experience (Prefer to have shipyard and NDT experience)
• Experience from negotiating with customers
• Proven communication skills and a good command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Ability to work independently by planning and organizing own work
• Ambitious and a strong desire for success with a commercial mindset
• Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
• IT literate, with experience from working with excel, MS office, CRM systems etc.
