The Bruker Applied Mass Spectrometry (BAMS) Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for growing applied MS sales and support the sales and strategic objectives in the South APAC regions in conjunction with the Bruker’s sales channels and marketing teams. · Proactively canvassing potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipeline and clinch sale through various platforms and channels

· Network and conduct viewing for prospects and solicit sales

Requirements:

· Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate/ Marketing or any related field of study

· 3 to 5 years of relevant direct sales experience with property developers

· Experience dealing with high-end luxury properties are advantageous

· Candidates with a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certification would have added advantage

· Confident in delivery of sales presentation in both English and Chinese required

· Possess an outgoing and self-motivated personality with customer service-oriented, sales-driven mindset

· Independent, meticulous and have sound understanding of the property buying and selling property process

Your duties include but not limited to :
