• At least 3 to 6 years of experience in operational support for Treasury function, preferably in large corporates, MNCs or shared services environment
• Strong numerical and analytical skill with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP Treasury
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin (able to review documents in Mandarin and communicate with China offices) will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of claims officers.
• Handling Recovery & Defending claim cases.
• Provide monthly provision cases.
• Handle Pax Mishap Cases, especially pax have approached. Commuter Engagement to seek for injury claim.
• Handle & Update Media / MP Cases to HOD when pax escalated their case to media or MP or relevant Authorities.
• Liaise with third party claimant, solicitors, insurers and authority.
• Checking and updating burning cost cases.
• Clearence of legal documents/checklist.
• Handle queries for Business & renovation Insurance and other Commercial line products/Combine the information.
• Handle non motor claims for internal customers.
• Attending Tenant Engagement.
• Conduct roll call.
• Secretary cum Minutes taker of Internal Meeting

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
• Relevant Work Experience of at least 5 years preferred
• Certificate of General Insurance

Sales Admin Clerk (5.5 Days / Boon Keng / DO / Invoice / Up to $2300)
