Job scope

• Assist in accounting functions of group companies
• Issue invoices for customers' registrations on a timely basis

Job Description

You will be part of the Data Centre Operations team to assist the Data Centre Facilities Manager in managing the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the Data Centre, with the objective of achieving uninterrupted availability at all times and to ensure the fulfilment of our service commitment to customers.

This role requires you to work on rotating shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise vendors carrying out maintenance and repair works in the building.
• Carry out daily equipment inspections and checklists verification.
• Ensure that periodic maintenance works as performed by appointed vendors are executed satisfactorily & in accordance with agreed procedures
• Correct and timely provisioning of power and racks for customers.

• Develop and implement the annual information security action plan in collaboration with the cybersecurity team
• Develop, maintain, and support a robust and effective incident reporting and tracking system, and review, monitor, and report on the corrective and improvement measures

• Manage information security projects in Asia, including automation projects
• Monitor, advise, and support outsourcing matters across our BUs in Asia, and manage the outsourcing requirements for the MSIG Asia entity
