Job Description

The position holder will be part of the NUHS Centre Grant (CG) Admin Core, which will run at least till 31 March 2026.

Centre Grant (CG) Management

• Prepare and submit CG grant variation requests
• Collate and prepare KPIs and other info for CG Progress Reporting to NMRC
• Answer and assist with any CG-related enquiries and matters by stakeholders

CG Administrative Support

• Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment in accordance with the University Procurement Policy and funding guidelines
• Maintain records and documents in CG shared folder
• Any other ad-hoc requests as required by CG Facility Cores
• Coordinate CG half-yearly meetings
• Assist with Fixed Asset verification
• Support of any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager or CG Director

Marketing and Publicity for CG Facility Core

• Design, plan and schedule the display of CG posters on electronic billboards
• Liaise with the NUSMED communications team on the dissemination of CG content on social media platforms

CG Website Management

• Submit claims via CONCUR
• Track expenditure and variations and record them in the spreadsheets
• Update core leads quarterly and ensure purchases are in accordance with funding guidelines and that there is sufficient budget
• Assist with budget projections for manpower and purchases
• Perform fund checks for New Hires/ Re-appointment and bonuses payout and assist with the documentations
• Process invoices for payment
• Assist PI with NIC CareEco Grant variation request submission via IGMS
• Any other ad-hoc requests as required

Qualifications

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Sales Leader, UDS, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers.

You will:

• Sales Management
  - Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements.

  - Collaborate with UDS corporate/global solution teams, CoC, and PLM teams to develop and drive programs and initiatives for APJC, enabling regional teams to meet their targets and IOP priorities.
• ISVs (Independent Software Vendors)
  - Engage with key global and APJC ISVs to develop, drive, and manage strategic ISV – UDS joint GTM (Go-To-Market) programs and activities. These efforts aim to increase UDS storage sales and pipeline across relevant industry verticals and horizontal segments.
• Channels
  - Engage with APJC Channels / Channels Storage teams to develop and drive channel programs and activities. These initiatives aim to gain mindshare and build incremental UDS pipeline and sales. Strategies include leveraging POR (Partner of Record) accounts, focused UDS vertical and horizontal partners, enablements, EBCs (Executive Briefing Centers), workshops, and Smart Selection.

• Organize and plan business activities such as business missions, networking events, conferences and facilitate the formation of Singapore companies’ participation in local and overseas trade fairs, missions, and workshops. This includes preparation and/or obtaining approval for paperwork such as event budget forms, purchase requisitions, booking form, and agreements.
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of the business activities held through post-event surveys and closed event budget forms variances.
• Develop and share in-country networks and insights by establishing country-specific networks to support members who are considering expanding into these countries.
• Provide support to the Global Business Groups including preparation of meeting reports, presentation materials, etc.
• Assist Senior Manager and General Manager with the budgeting exercise.
