Assist staff with expediting problem payments (e.g., problems processing credit card). Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues. Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp). RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
• Hybrid work environment to support and optimize daily operations on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage the creation of learner accounts within the LMS and ensure the assignment of courses aligns with the enrolled learners.
• Create and administer Webinar sessions in the LMS.
• Maintain the synchronization of assessment results with learners' accounts on the LMS.
• Provide dedicated support to learners and trainers, assisting in resolving any LMS-related issues they encounter.
• Actively contribute as a pivotal team member in supporting and implementing a new LMS for the Academy.
• Occasional duty to support Academy courses, averaging 2-4 times a year. Flexible off days will be compensated for work deployments after office hours.

You will undertake a supervisory role and be expected to manage a team of assistants. The primary responsibilities will include but not limited to,

I. Overseeing the revenue collection and account receivables function and to work with stakeholders on arrears recovery
