Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Car Leasing Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves working closely with customers to identify their leasing needs, presenting suitable leasing options, and closing deals to meet company sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their car leasing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met from inquiry to post-lease follow-up.
• Manage the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements, reviewing documents and handling payment details.
• Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and feedback ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car leasing or automotive industry.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

This position only required to start from Mid-Sept onwards

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete. Coordinate with various departments, such as overseas productions and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment.

2. Update and maintain the sales database by entering new customer information, updating contact details, and recording interactions and sales activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

3. Support filling sales related reports & date base and customer analytics.

4. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person. Provide basic information about products, availability, and delivery schedules. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant sales staff and departments.

5. Occasionally join sales staff for meeting with prospective customers.

6. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, customizing sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining sales collateral. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting.

7. Organize timely follow up with customers on previously quoted projects and their status and report back to sales staff and/ or management.

8. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and provide on-site support when necessary.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Required Qualifications:

1. Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, sales or logistics or a related field is preferred.

5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Descriptions

• Prepare purchase orders, delivery orders, and shipping documents to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
• Handle customer and distributor inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients and engage in sales activities, including presenting product proposals.
• Set and achieve sales targets by devising and executing effective strategies.
• Manage client orders and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Conduct market research to assess the competitive landscape and understand customer needs.
• Regularly report sales progress to the Branch Manager.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings and negotiations with clients.
• Present weekly results at management meetings (conducted in Japanese).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• This position might require Business trips as needed (ASEAN)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or Commerce.
• 1~2 years of experience in a Coordinator/Logistics role focused on import and export is preferred.
• Experience in Retail as a Floor Manager/Store Manager is welcome to apply!
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 Level) in speaking, listening, and writing is essential, as the role often requires interaction with Japanese counterparts.
• Willing to go on a business trip (Asia)

• Support daily sales operation including process sales orders, prepare quotation, purchases order, delivery order and issue invoices.
• Assist new and existing customers on their inquiries as well as provide after sales support.
• Work with key customer and follow-up with inbound leads for new sales opportunities.

• Attend online/offline product trainings arranged by the vendors.

Requirements:

• Candidate possesses 1 to 2 year(s) of relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is an added advantage.
