Process orders from customers and prepare shipping documents

Attend to customers' enquiries, concerns and issues on freight services

Arrange customs clearance and declare permits

Handle data entry tasks.

Manage incoming calls, faxes, and email enquiries.

Oversee claims processing, and issue purchase orders and work orders.

Support the sales team with proposal development and contract management

Issue tax invoices/credit/delivery notes.

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone and e-mails.

Confirm delivery dates with customers for their purchase orders.

Experience

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

· Strong working knowledge in F&B with proven track record in Sales

· Relevant managerial experience preferred

· Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with all levels of stakeholder

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

· Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage due to the need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Through a 12-week training program, you will master CRM tools, learn to qualify leads, and help identify our ideal customer profile (ICP). You’ll collaborate with sales leaders and gradually take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to setting appointments.

• Craft and execute cold outreach strategies through email, calls, and social selling.
• Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT/MEDDIC and pass them to account executives.
• Manage CRM records, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of sales activities.
• Assist in maintaining the sales pipeline, ensuring leads progress through stages efficiently.
