• Verifying suppliers invoice, intercompany transaction
• Preparation of invoices, Purchase Order, Payment Voucher and Cheque Payment to Supplier
• Checking, verifying and processing expenses claimed by staffs(Petty Cash)
• Monitoring cash flow, and aging report
• Daily bookkeeping
• Monitor and process A/P
• Profit Balance Loss
• Xero software knowledge would be advantage

Requirements:

• Proficient Microsoft Office(Word,Excel)
• Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
• Positive work attitude and display initiative to resolve problems independently

Job Responsibilities :

· Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue recognition for specific products.

· Ensure timely closing of books and review manual adjustments as needed.

· Prepare and approve disbursement workflows for payments.

· Generate monthly internal analysis reports for assigned sections/products.

· Prepare quarterly consolidation packages with supporting documents.

· Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of financial statement notes.

· Prepare corporate tax documentation and assist with tax-related inquiries, including handling transfer pricing, the Global Trader Programme, and withholding tax matters.

· Provide support for team coverage and participate in miscellaneous projects and tasks.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CA

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, and Audit, ideally within the Trading industry.

· Familiarity with FRS, GST, Transfer pricing documentation, Corporate Tax, and other statutory reporting requirements to ACRA or IRAS.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in reporting.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent analytical abilities.

· Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team.

Salary : S$3,000.00 – S$4,000.00
