• Work closely with the marketing team to develop static and motion graphics, animations and videos for a wide variety of marketing collaterals, from campaigns to assets for social media and websites
• Able to conceptualise, develop and execute interesting ideas for marketing projects

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with background in email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, or social media management. The ideal candidate should be curious, adaptable, and have relevant experience with a strategic mindset. Analytical thinking and program management skills are essential. You will be responsible for executing our marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing our market presence while working closely with growth leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Co-develop and mainly execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.

• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.

• Create, manage, and distribute compelling content across various channels.

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and sales.

• Oversee social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

• Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.

• Proven experience with email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media management.

• Strong analytical thinking and program management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a strategic mindset.

Bonus Skills:

• Deep experience with one marketing channel such as paid search or email marketing.

• Familiarity with finance and accounting terms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant leases, ensuring all documentation is completed and maintained accurately.
• Act as the point of contact for tenants, addressing lease-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist the leasing department in reviewing documentation to ensure it aligns with the company’s best interests.
• Monitor tenant adherence to leasing terms and ensure compliance with agreed-upon conditions.
• Disseminate electronic communications, such as circulars, to tenants on operational matters.
• Record and maintain tenant sales data, updating the database as required.
• Manage and update the tenancy database for real-time accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as required by the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Property/Estate Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or candidates with at least 1 year of administrative experience welcomed to try.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
