Responsibilities:

• Plan and update the appropriate system parameters promptly according to monthly consumption, optimize stock level
• Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure the information update in SAP.
• Coordinates on all aspects with stakeholders on inbound shipment, update in SAP promptly
• Cross trade shipment management - Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholder for direct drop shipment from factory to customer
• Claim Management - Process claims where defects are related to the Vendor
• Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Min ITE level
• At least 1 years’ experience in supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Proficient in MS Office
