• Design and create interactive dashboards, charts, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / Computing or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Demonstrated dashboarding competency in PowerBI or equivalent dashboarding software
• Demonstrated programming competency in Python or equivalent programming languages
• Previous Railway System experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities for Procurement Executive

• Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
• Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements
• Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
• Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production
• Process purchase orders to acquire goods
• Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company
• Attend meetings with the legal team, engineering team, vendors and suppliers
• Liase with both local as well as overseas suppliers.
• Able to make arrangement for shipping and frieght forwarding
• Liase with various official bodies for permit approval
• Able to identify and source for potential FMCG products and do cost analysis proposal

Qualifications for Procurement Manager

• Extensive experience working in the procurement department in a related field
• Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions
• Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Able to travel to meet with suppliers and work overtime as required
• Prior experience in FMCG procurement is a bonus
• Strong E-commerce background is an advantage

• Responsibilities:
• Handle technical enquiries and follow up with customers’ request and prepares quotations.

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in similar industry, or in technical support / technical customer service, or in handling / processing technical sales related to mechanical / hydraulics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in SAP is preferable
