Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery arrangements and carry heavy loads
• Set up, decorate, and prepare catering areas according to specific directions and layout plans established by the manager/customer
• Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and serve the food with a positive and courteous demeanour
• Clean and sanitise all equipment, utensils, dining ware, linens, serving ware, and work areas
• Restock clean equipment, utensils, and equipment to proper storage areas noting any damages and items to be replaced
• Organise and prepare clean equipment, utensils, and equipment for catering events
• Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Coordinate with sales personnel on customer issue during delivery
• To collect cash and check from customer upon delivery for COD order
• Any other duties and tasks in the area assigned by the manager or supervisor

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of F&B will be advantageous

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
