PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To respond to request for services, appointments, information in a timely, responsible and professional manner.

SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handles enquiries from medical concierge companies for outpatient and inpatient appointments.
• Liaises with Bed Management, OT, PSC, OPD for availability and to inform the medical concierge companies / insurance agents accordingly on the availability.
• Advises on the appropriate doctor based on the needs and/or insurance panel (if any).
• Updates medical concierge and agents of any new services, change in service or price revisions.
• Responds to feedback or complaints from medical concierge companies or agents.
• Escalates any service delivery issues to Management as needed.
• Inputs necessary information into the Concierge tracking sheet and ensures accuracy in information.
• Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimal O levels.
• Experience in concierge services, customer relations, sales, admin, or in the medical industry (eg hospitals, private healthcare practices) is highly preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, scheduling, and logistics with precision.

Job purpose:

You will involve in the pre & post-sales phase, supporting the SEA Sales Team, external customer, deliver exceptional services level support to achieve profitability and growth in market share.

Creating a long-term business partnership and achievement of Regional DC Sales goals are ensured through a professional customer approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving the overall Sales target with positive contribution margin in the assigned set of customers
• Maintaining a collaborative and aligned relationship as an integral part of the BA DC SEA Sales & Marketing Team
• Develop new customers and manage existing accounts.
• Regular customer engagement to foster a positive relationship.
• Issue quotation, update sales opportunities & sales activities and extract reports from salesforce. To answer and close all the ticket inquiries via Zendesk within 24 hours
• Understand and address customer's technical needs and project specifications, ensure client's needs and expectations are attainable and realistic, in relation to the design services and products that we offer.
• Provide pre-sales commercial engineering and support to qualify opportunities beyond standard application needs.
• Provide application-oriented technical support to the Industrial Sales Engineers and their customers. Analyse application requirements and derive an optimal solution that meets the requirements with competitive cost.
• Working out clear product specifications together with the customer in case of new product developments and handing them over to BU-R&D in a defined way.
• Following up on design projects with BU, Electronic Sales Engineers and customer to ensure a smooth and timely project execution technical product quality issues.
• Maintaining a collaborative relationship with supporting departments with SEA Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communication, Quality & Assurance
• Monitor service levels and proactively communicate with customer to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Assist Regional Sales Manager in timely report submission, other sales-related matters and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years in Indoor Sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Words
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English in both written and spoken.
• Pleasant personality with initiative and customer oriented.
• Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
• Detail oriented, resourceful and ability to work independently.
