MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire and develop sales opportunities through combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Diligently follow up and close sales opportunities.
• Facilitate the smooth flow of information from client enquiry to order purchase, going above and beyond to ensure the excellent delivery of product and service that meet/exceeds client expectations.
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
• Conduct sales presentation to new clients and refreshers for existing ones.
• Attend to client feedbacks and complaints, providing prompt solutions to resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction.
• Negotiate agreements and keep up-to-date records of sales and client data.
• Explore and attend internal and external networking events, trade shows and product exhibitions to establish and understand market’s perception of brand image.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for internal review.

Marketing Executive Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing efforts aligned to our comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy for B2B and B2C, including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations
• Social Media Content content that inspires, gives value, is timely and consistent with the Living DNA brand promise
• Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
• Collaborate with the Customer Relationships/Sales team to understand our customer needs, motivations and behaviours to strengthen our marketing strategy
• Support the Living DNA Trade Programme for interior design professionals and corporate projects
• Participate in product design and sourcing strategy, retail visual merchandising and store expansion planning

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly accounting activities for loan products, investment portfolios, and perform reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closings.
• Review and validate daily journal entries, bank reconciliations, and oversee the work of junior team members.
• Generate and submit monthly and quarterly management and statutory reports
• Address inquiries and support requests from internal and external auditors.
• Compile annual budget reports.
• Take on any additional assignments as directed by the management

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
