• Review and verify overseas supplier import CIPL with seaway Bill or Surrendered B/L and MES Import.
• To liaise with carrier agent to request Notice of Arrival in advance before vessel arrives in Singapore.
• In charge of preparing logistics tarrif rates.
• Collate and submit monthly MES report to Finance
• Assist in the Annual Vendors Assessmetn exercise
• Preparation of documetns for audit purpose.
• Other procurement functions as assigned by Reporting Officer.

About you:

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing Management/Supply Chain Logistics Management/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marine or Oil & Gas industry or machinery procurement experience
• Able to work independently, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills

Position Overview: The Academy for Healthy Longevity at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, seeks a dynamic and versatile Research Associate to serve as the Executive Support and Operations Lead. This pivotal role will provide high-level support to the Principal Investigator (PI) and executive staff, while gaining broad exposure to various aspects of geroscience and geromedicine research. Main Duties and Responsibilities

## Executive Support

- Serve as the primary liaison between the PI, executive staff, and internal/external stakeholders

- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with the Academy's goals

The incumbent will be based in one of the Public Health Institutions.

• Supporting the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities
• Ensure that procurement of pharmaceutical products are always carried out in a fair and objective manner in compliance to procurement policies and ensure timely deliveries.
• Management of samples, drug codes and barcoding information for all purchasing activities undertaken.
