Duties of Shipping Operations Executive:

• Managing inbound and outbound documentation for vessels.
• Developing stowage plans and planning departure schedules to maximize cargo efficiency and streamline vessel operations.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive and Events Barista. This role will support daily operations, focusing on restocks, logistics, event execution, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about both coffee and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Logistics:

• Cafe Restocks and Supplies: Ensure all cafe outlets are well-stocked by packing and managing inventory. Track and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Supplies Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies, ensuring cafes and events have what they need to run smoothly.
• Logistics Coordination: Handle logistics for coffee cart setups and events, including transport and equipment preparation.
• Smooth Deliveries: Coordinate deliveries to cafe outlets and ensure all items are delivered on time.
• Event Execution: Support the team in setting up and executing coffee carts at various events. Ensure smooth operations and quality service during events.

Operational Efficiency:

• Inventory Turnover: Monitor the rate of inventory turnover, ensuring that slow-moving stock is minimized and fast-moving items are well-stocked.
• Waste Management: Track and reduce waste from unsold or damaged products by implementing better inventory planning and process improvements.
• Manpower Utilization: Track staff hours versus sales performance to optimize shift scheduling and improve labor productivity.

Data and Technology Tasks:

• Stock Level Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze stock levels to anticipate shortages and prevent overstocking. Use stock management software or spreadsheets to track inventory trends.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and event logistics. Enter data into inventory management systems and generate reports to support operational decisions.
• Sales and Inventory Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling sales data with stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring records are up to date.
• Man Hours to Sales Tracking: Track and analyze the relationship between staff man hours and sales performance at each cafe outlet to optimize resource allocation.
• Supplier and Order Tracking: Use digital tools to track orders, deliveries, and supplier performance. Ensure all data is logged for future reference.
• Event Metrics Tracking: Collect and analyze event data such as sales, footfall, and product performance to generate insights for future events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Higher NITEC in any relevant field.
• Prior experience in F&B, logistics, or event management is a plus.
• Basic understanding of coffee preparation is preferred but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities:

• Social Media/Digital Marketing: create & monitor content for several platforms at once.
• Provide strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels. (Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok)
• Follow brand guidelines to execute a wide variety of activities that involve branding, advertising, social media, partnerships and more.
• Create and design promotional material including posters, brochures, advertisements and other types of print and online media.
• Plan and develop integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation and drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion. Frequently encompassing both digital and offline media.
• Brainstorm, plan strategies and execute innovative social media campaigns for multiple platforms according to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate and assist in any photography or videography needed in the execution of marketing campaigns and social media content.

Requirements:

• Degree / Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communication Design, Video or related discipline
• Minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant experience working in relevant field
• Creating and publishing creative content for multiple platforms should be second nature to you (Facebook, IG, Youtube, Tiktok, Google)
• Experienced with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads
