Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle the full spectrum of human resource functions.
• Liaise, co-ordinate with and provide advice and support to departments in talent acquisition, management and retention.
• Required to handle employment administration and employee relations matters for assigned professional groups and assist in policy reviews.
• To oversee the implementation and administration of staff programmes and events and participate in corporate projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirement:

• A recognised degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Social Sciences or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience as a HR Generalist
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking and numeracy skills with an eye for details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and emailing tools and familiar with social media platforms
• A good team player

Job Description:

• Provide technical analysis and post-implementation support on technical issues and change requirements
• Conduct and coordinate system testing to ensure defects / issues are raised and follow through and notify project team immediately on critical issues
• Develop system enhancements for Infor CRM implementation using ASP.NET based on client’s requirements
• Develop user guides and coordinate trainings
• Document troubleshooting methodology and resolution steps
• Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to supervisor
• Ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or similar qualifications.
• Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft applications. e.g Microsoft Word, Excel etc
• Familiar with development technologies (any one of ASP or ASP.NET) is preferred
• Familiar with database technologies (any one of SQL Server or MySql) is preferred
• Detailed oriented and meticulous.
