Job Description

• Maintain full set of accounts and manage all financial and accounting transactions.
• Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
• Timely production of monthly management reporting package, including financial statements and relevant schedules.
• Prepare cash flow forecast, bank reconciliation and cash monitoring.

Our client is implementing IFS (Industrial and Financial System ) ERP for the first time. During this 6 months period, they will need someone to perform transactional closing activities up to trial balance level with IFS.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring year end balance is rolled correctly into new IFS system
• AP flow (solve issues in AP flow, uploading of invoices to correct entity, account code, generate posting proposals, run payments, daily bank file, tax codes)
• Journals (general journals for other entries not covered in modules subscribed in IFS ie: payroll, external file uploads for journals, amortisation of prepayment)
