To manage and direct all disciplines with responsibility for Accounting, Finance, Taxation, including professionals and other junior managers. This position will manage and direct a team comprised of Accountants and support staff. This will include training local employees with the intent to transfer the specialized knowledge of accounting processes, technical systems, contract management and logistics procedures necessary to implement the proper controls and procedures required by our international operations and standards and act as a subject matter expert to the other OFS business units involved in the projects as it relates to accounting, financial, taxation, visa/work permit activities and deliverables.

Key Accountabilities : Overall management for Finance -

Manage and direct individual disciplines performing a variety of tasks in Finance Department. And the provision of all EPCI deliverables and activities in relation to the respective disciplines contained within the Business Unit. In so doing, it will rely heavily on its specialized knowledge of our accounting methodologies, financial reporting and accountability, and technical systems, the implementation of which is dependent on said knowledge and experience. Also implement processes and liaise with non-technical suppliers, vendors, and concerned stakeholders. Strategy

· Support the development of strategic plans and sustainable saves initiatives including benefits quantification, assessment of impact to P&L, ensuring sufficient detail to enable effective benefits tracking and realization.

· Work in close collaboration with the finance and COO teams to build out cost analytics capabilities as part of overall management of the cost portfolio.

· Provide insightful analysis of cost opportunities, highlighting trends, outliers and areas of optimization.
