We are looking for an exceptional Director of Product (Growth) to join the Natural Motion Racing
team and help increase the market share, revenues and brand awareness of the CSR franchise
of game products. The role holds growth responsibility across all main US/EU markets, and also
emerging growth markets of Asia, Latin America and Middle East/ North Africa. You will use a
combination of broad racing genre player and market knowledge, business discernment, and
critical thinking to develop initiatives to drive sustainable global revenue growth. You will have a
proven track record in game product publishing and development, with a strong understanding
of global audience fit within the games industry (mobile or console & PC).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Own global market growth taking key learnings from local player CI studies, existing T2
Asia network and agency partner intel to culturalize and localize development and
publishing strategy for the CSR product portfolio.
● Partner with Marketing/Publishing and User Acquisition teams to outline audience
growth strategy for racing.
● Build a systematic approach to audience growth through a combination of in depth
understanding of competitive landscape, right brand/content positioning, and
maximising revenue per install.
● Work closely with a multidisciplinary leadership team across Product Marketing,
Publishing, User acquisition, Design & Analytics to inform product roadmap as per
evolving audience mix through the product life cycle.
● Drive market competitive research, enabling creative innovation through relevant
strategic feedback into GTM approach for new games and bold beat feature content.
● Effectively champion audience strategy with all partner teams and game teams while
helping monitor audience health and inflow across games.
● Build business cases for new geo revenue and brand awareness growth strategies and
execute pilot projects with support from multiple development teams, publishing
functions and outsource agency delivery partners.
● Explore, scope and pitch other platforms for CSR franchise product releases (brand
extensions) such as Netflix, Apple Arcade, Huawei, One Store, etc.
● Expected to provide valuable input into player onboarding strategies based on in depth
analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts user acquisition business metrics.
● Help maximize our audience reach across relevant global markets.
● Build knowledge and understanding of data driven insights within the rest of the team
through regular communication and the creation of meaningful dashboards and reports.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
● 10+ years in product publishing/ development with a strong understanding of global
audience fit within the games industry (mobile or console & PC)
● Experience working with development studios on brand development strategies and
local marketing partner agencies to deliver associated creative content roadmap plans,
and creative materials.
● Strong analytical skills, along with experience using insights and data to create local
product strategies, analyze market opportunities and trends.
● Experience in all global markets including Asia, with an understanding of diverse market
drivers and unique player needs and motivations.
● Ability to align and influence a variety of stakeholders across a multi-levelled
organization, leading through inspiration and influence across diverse teams.
● Passionate about games and gaming communities. Experience with game mechanics,
game design and the latest gaming systems and industry trends.
● Skilled in narrative building to craft compelling presentations for a wide range of
audiences.
● Understand how to develop market research audience segmentation projects, interpret
the output data and KPIs to turn analytical insight into actionable GTM plans.
● Passionate and self-motivated, with the ability to sell your ideas to other stakeholders,
and the commitment to implement those ideas for long term sustainable sales growth
across multiple global markets.
● Passion for mid-core racing and RPG genres.
