• Chair meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, technical experts, etc. to resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery.
• Co-ordinate building inspections by relevant authorities.
• Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements.
• Draw up corrective measures when the building works are off schedule.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety measures.
• Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations.
• Manage budgets of construction projects.
• Manage work delivery and resources based on the resource allocation and project schedules.
• Review construction progress and address the needs of the stakeholders at various stages of the project.
• Work with design teams to review design solutions and ensure they meet project budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Support in building and leveraging relationships with clients to identify, respond to and convert client opportunities
• Project-manage sales process in response to new client opportunities from an end-to-end perspective (i.e. from identifying opportunity to submitting proposals to contracting).
• Project manage and lead Consulting engagements in the area of Workforce transformation, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, Finance and Finance Transformation.
• Support thought leadership and research & development activity as appropriate.
• Support development of (Junior) consultants by actively coaching them on and off the job.
• Contribute to overall development and growth of the Organization and practice.
• Overseas study contract signing and student dormitory maintenance in Singapore

Requirements

• Diplma in Business or related discipline from a reputable University
• Good subject matter knowledge across a range of workforce-related capabilities including business or enterprise organizational and operational change
• Good client management skills, authoritative and credible in a client conversation - both in terms of personal style and subject matter expertise
• Good communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• The Sales Executive is responsible for introducing courses such as (Building and Construction Authority (BCA) approved Core Trade courses, WSQ Corporate Courses, Safety Courses).
