Position Summary
To collaborate with team and key stakeholders in crafting and executing captivating integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across diverse channels, including digital, social, and events. This role will help contribute to the success of both in-house and client brands, achieving business objectives and surpassing key performance indicators.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
a) Support Marketing Strategies
i. Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
ii. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
b) Public Relations Support
i. Contribute to the implementation of public relations campaigns to enhance the company's or SDE brands or client’s image and reputation.
ii. Help craft engaging stories for our brands and campaigns, writing PR releases engaging with the media and organizing media events.
iii. Support in managing crisis communications effectively, if necessary.
c) Digital Marketing Execution
i. Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEM, etc.).
ii. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, adjusting as needed.
iii. Stay informed about digital marketing trends and contribute to the application of best practices.
d) Content Execution
i. Contribute to the creation of compelling and relevant marketing content assets for both traditional and digital marketing channels.
ii. Assist in maintaining consistency in brand messaging across all communication platforms.
iii. Support in community management of social media channels.
e) Event Support
i. Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
ii. Coordinate logistics and provide support during events to ensure successful outcomes
f) Analytics and Reporting Assistance
i. Support in utilizing analytics tools to gather data and contribute to reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
ii. Assist in making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
g) Team Collaboration
i. Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated efforts in achieving marketing goals
ii. Efficiently manage relationships with agencies and vendors for marketing activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
iii. Participate actively in team discussions and contribute ideas for improvement.
h) Operational Excellence Support
i. Help manage allocated budgets with clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements.
ii. Uphold the company's corporate governance, workplace practices, and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, especially for events and roadshows.
iii. Embrace additional duties assigned by management, displaying your adaptability and commitment to excellence.
i) Any other duties as and when reasonably assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of website analyses, digital ad serving tools, and familiarity with digital media consumption habits on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
 Enthusiastic learner (including the area of Generative AI), self-motivated, and adept at thriving within tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
 Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and synergy.
 Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring meticulousness in all endeavours.
 Demonstrate maturity, resourcefulness, and the ability to think strategically.
