• Position : Admin Executive (Heavy Administrative Work/Assist Finance Department)

Main Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and submit invoices through various client payment portals.
• Actively monitor and chase overdue payments by following up with clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Ensure payments received are reconciled with outstanding invoices, updating internal systems accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes and resolve any payment-related issues.
• Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure credit limits and payment terms are adhered to.
• Proactively suggest improvements to invoicing and payment collection processes to enhance efficiency and reduce late payments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in receivables management, preferably in an SME environment.
• Proven ability to follow up on payments diligently and manage client relationships.
• Experience with online payment portals and invoicing systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
