• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to follow up on any gaps on outstanding matters.
• Generate monthly customer statements of accounts and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Address customer inquiries regarding billing, and manage dispute resolutions effectively.
• Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary reports and schedules.
• Maintain an organized and systematic filing system, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Assist with daily operational purchasing activities, including planning, processing, and following up on purchase orders with suppliers.
• Support HR-related activities such as payroll and employee engagement events.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
