Job Description

• Handle receipt and invoicing as directed by finance team.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Process invoices promptly and accurately in accordance with company policies and

Corporate Account Management:

· Onboard new corporate customers (UENs) and ensuring a smooth transition.

• Support ports in achieving outbound/inbound targets and optimize vessel allocation.
• Monitor and analyze vessel performance, loading factors, daily positions and allocation to take necessary actions.
• Resolving any operational issues that may arise from commercial perspective.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments.
• Maintain pricing efficiency, costs (BCO, IFF, Tenders etc.) and provide analysis on contribution.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including international freight forwarders and agencies.
• Assist Trade Manager to perform simple P&L analysis, support feasibility service studies and actively participate in business development initiatives.
