Your responsibilities as a Social Media Manager/Senior Executive will be to:

• Evaluation and Reporting: Ensuring success for all things social by analysing and optimising the performance of our content on social channels

• Client Management: Be the point of contact and heart of the team ensuring success of the account from briefing to production to implementation

Who are you?

• 3-6 years of social media management and content creation
• Passion for strategic and creative thinking through social channels
• Understanding people’s social media consumption behaviour, and the human insights that underpin it
• Experience or certification in working with social media tools, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook analytics, LinkedIn, Sprinklr, Brandwatch and Sprout Social
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to be meticulous in delivering accurate work
• Strong skills in data analytics
• Previous experience working on government bodies and both brand and agency sides would be an advantage
