LIASING WITH THIRD PATY PROVIDERS, CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS

UPDATING AND MAINTAINING PROCEDURAL DOCUMETATION

JOB REQUIREMENT

CANDIDATE MUST POSESS THE RELEVANT ACCOUNTING CERTIFICATIONS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan organize and execute marketing events (e.g seminar, workshop, training, trade show, etc)
• Determine event budget and manage expenses to the planned budget
• Work closely with vendors for event collaboration
• Support and execution of marketing related administration and reports
• Other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Marcom or Event management
• Possess good project management skills and able to manage multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in design software (photoshop or illustrator) will be an advantage
• Proficient in English and has strong communication and presentation skills
• Fresh school leavers may also apply

Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing and logistics matters.
• Assisting in office administrative matters.
• Liaising with counterparts in the region.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent qualification. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but must have at least 1 year experience in similar position.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in a purchasing role is preferred PC literate - Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
