Job Summary: Provide administrative and operational support to the Centre.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Arrange & coordinate meetings, team activities, projects
• Ensure policies & procedures relating to health & safety from the authorities are in place
• Consolidates data & prepare relevant reports
• Process payments and receipts
• Maintain client / volunteer contacts and database
• Maintain a proper filing system
• Stock take (Stationery, resource, book supplies, uniform etc)
• Order supplies for Centre operation, including sourcing for suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned by Principals

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Min O Level
• 2 years of administrative and accounting experience

Core Competencies and Attributes:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Multi-task & work independently with minimum supervision
• Neat, systematic and attentive to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Littlelives Application

Job Responsibilities

· Interacts with customers through phone to provide effective service to every customer by building a personal relationship with each caller, using the appropriate skills, tools and techniques for their requirement and ensuring that each call is either closed or escalated within the agreed timescales by owning each call.

· Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Provide quality customer service to customers either by telephone or electronically

· Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries

· Handle and resolve complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction

· Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support.

· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints

· Follow Standard Operating Procedures closely.

· Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met.

Job Description:

• Adheres to principles and practice of infection control, health and safety
• Replenishment of medical consumable items for daily usage including cleaning and preparing of working trollies, including of white bags preparation
• Assists with pre/post dialysis specifications: weight, temperature and other vital signs of the patient
• Crowd control and distribution of patient dialysis cards
• Reports incidents / accidents immediately to the CNM / RN in charge
• Participates in nursing shift handover sessions and continuous quality improvement projects
