• Support the activities of special needs students and/or child in the Centre.
• Support and supervise the student's activities in the Centre and engage them actively during the SCC operating hours.

• Assist Centre Supervisor/Manager in managing the staff roster.
• Assist with daily tasks in centre like opening and closing centre, receiving meal catering, provide feedback on issues related to catering and cleaning.
• Update families of events and changes.
• Portering of clients between transport and centre.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Possess Diploma and/or equivalent qualifications in relevant area.
• Minimum 3 - years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/ Powerpoint).
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, independent, accountable, reliable, adaptable.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

• Able to work independently, show initiative, and develop and implement process improvements and procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and budget/resource optimisation abilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and conduct both indoor and outdoor activities for primary school students
• Ensure students' welfare and safety are being taken care of
• Supervise students to ensure completion of homework and that spelling revision is done
• Liaise with parents and form teachers to provide feedback on students' behavioural and learning progress

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. GCE “O” level and above
• Able to lead and manage primary school students
• Able to communicate well with parents and students
• Some relevant working experience in a related field

WORKING HOURS

• Normal school term working hours: 11am - 7pm (Mon - Fri)
• School holiday working hours: 8-hour shift between 7.30am to 7pm (Mon - Fri)
