Customer Service Executive

• Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system following the call management process and quality compliance requirements

Meta is hiring a Sustainability Program Manager to join the Infrastructure Sustainability team focused on the Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) program. This position will be focused on managing social and environmental responsibility findings with suppliers and supporting RSC labor and health and safety programs across Meta’s supply chain. We are looking for candidates with experience implementing and managing responsible supply chain activities, human rights due diligence, and working with suppliers and stakeholders in technology and electronics supply chains. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Examine through root cause analysis and manage supplier performance improvements against RSC standards
• Contribute to improvement programs that support sustained high supplier performance
• Support implementation of social and environmental responsibility programs and assurance activities at suppliers
