Brief Description

Reports directly to the Executive Director, and will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting matters in BCARE. I Annual Budgeting

1. Work closely with the various Centre Heads to develop the annual budget and seek approval from the Management Committee.

II Funding and Investment Matters

19. Day to Day Accounting includes:

The Technical Project Manager, or known as Engineering Delivery Manager within Thales, is responsible for leading his team to the completion of engineering tasks within committed budgets, schedules, quality and performance for successful bids and projects delivery.
