Job Summary

• Responsible for selling B2B hardware and software technology-based solutions to an assigned partner list.
• From time to time, recruit, develop, service and grow new channel partners
• Developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners, training and developing their sales team.
• Driving channel partner sales team to drive our sales & marketing campaigns
• Supporting channel partners to meet corporate customer requirements including meeting potential clients for sales closures
• Monitoring the health of channel partners & their campaigns, keeping the Key Performance Indicators on track.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any fields with min. 3 years of relevant experience in IT products/ software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel , Word , Power Point )
• Experience in business development and channel partners management with proven track records
• Highly motivated, pro-active, and resourceful
• Possess with interpersonal , presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

· Policy development and renewals – co-ordinate policy development and renewals with various departments

· Maintenance of country and counterparty limits

· Weekly limits for credit customers monitoring & preparing the report

• You are expected to manage your team (Senior Performance Planners / Performance Planners / Executives) that are being deployed in your business.

As a Senior Manager at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies for our clients. You will lead a team of talented professionals and work closely with clients to achieve their marketing objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital media channels, excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationship, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts
• Understand client's business goal and translate them into effective digital media strategies
• Provide strategic recommendation and insight

Team Leadership and Development

• Learn and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting the growth and development of team members
• set clear objectives

Digital Strategy Development

• Develop and executive comprehensive digital marketing strategies that aligns with client's objective
• Oversee the planning and implementation of digital campaigns across various channels, including PPC, programmatic, social media

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimizations
• Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendation for improvements

Budget Management

• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
• Monitor campaign spend and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget constraint

Process/Strategy

• Be our biddable media platform planning & activation expert (eg Google Ads, DV360, Facebook/IG, TikTok)
• Improve the current workflow & optimization processes
• Work as both a leader and hands-on expert to assist junior team members with delivering results for clients.
• Champion new search tools, settings & technologies across accounts and help activate any existing ones that are not in place

Requirements :

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in a performance media and client servicing role.
• Strong technical understanding of Google Ads, Social, Programmatic planning and implementation.
• Strong communicator - possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
• Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once
• Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
