We are seeking a self-driven and independent Business Transformation Manager/Senior Manager for one of our shipping clients. This role will lead the design and continuous improvement of business processes to drive operational efficiency, enhance performance, and reduce costs, focusing on Strategy, Systems, and Projects. Key Responsibilities:
