Job Description
Position: AIot Category Operation
1. Goal management: Decompose AIoT category goals and follow up on achieving them on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
2. Product Management: Responsible for product lifecycle management, conducting product planning and management for the introduction period, growth period, maturity period, and delisting period. Based on the product launch rhythm, selling points, competitor analysis, etc., output Mijia's side launch plan, coordinate with relevant departments, and be responsible for the execution and delivery of Mijia's new product launch results;
3. Sales management: Responsible for the sales volume of the responsible category, regularly organizing and reporting sales analysis, retrospective summary, category operation strategy and analysis.
4. Market insights: Collect market, industry, competitor and other information, conduct product analysis and positioning, develop corresponding explosive product plans and promote their implementation, output product retail strategies, monitor sales throughout the product lifecycle, summarize patterns and strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above ; fluent in English, able to communicate normally with the operations and all relevant departments
2. Passionate about the sales industry, with at least 3 years of offline category operation experience in the consumer electronics industry
3. Possess the ability to monitor and analyze the responsible category, regularly analyze relevant data on their own products, overall industry, competitors, etc., and propose optimization solutions based on the analysis results
4. Good at communication, strong ability to collaborate across departments and withstand pressure, able to efficiently promote the implementation of work
5. Clear logic, strong execution ability, strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
